Our Funeral Care Process

Upon contacting us, we'll respectfully request personal details of the deceased and the next of kin. Your loved one will then be brought into our care. Should you wish, and if it's practical and appropriate, we can transfer them to a chosen residence shortly before the funeral service. Should you choose this option, we recommend our caring team transfer the deceased into our care initially for any necessary preparations.
